Do you ship internationally? We would be happy to ship internationally. Please let us know which item(s) you are planning on purchasing and where you would like the order delivered to. We will provide you with a shipping quote before you place your order. For further information on shipping, please visit our shipping page. What currency are your prices displayed in? All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We are a Canadian owned and operated company. Your bank will process the appropriate exchange rate for your currency to be converted into Canadian funds. Will I have to pay taxes on my purchase? Canadian regulations stipulate that taxes are levied on items that are delivered within Canada. Any items being delivered outside of Canada, will not be subject to GST/HST or PST. Taxes on items delivered in Canada are as follows:
Do you offer gift wrapping services? Absolutely! Gift wrapping services are provided for $1.00 an item. Let us know the age and gender of the child as well as the special occasion. We will also personalize a gift tag for you. Do you offer gift baskets? We would be thrilled to help you put together a gift basket. Let us know the age and gender of the child as well as your budget. We will put together a beautiful gift basket at an affordable price. What is your return policy? We have a 100% Customer Service Guarantee. If there is a problem with the product, please send it back to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or ship a replacement item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping. If an incorrect item was sent to you or the product was damaged, we will send you a replacement item. In this case, you will also receive a discount off your next purchase equal to the amount of return shipping you paid. Returned products must be in their original packaging. Please contact us to let us know you have a return and the reason for the return. We will send you an e-mail with instructions. Are your toys safe? Rest assured that we are selective about the products that are offered at Bella's Corner. We only sell products that have been thoroughly tested and allow our own children to play with. If a product is recalled, we will send out an e-mail to everyone on our mailing list notifying them of the recall. We will also post a notice on our home page.
